Who we are and what this policy covers
MCDONALDSMENUUK, with website contact MOHAMMAD WASEEM YAQUB ([email protected]), operates the game discovery website at https://playhub.mcdonaldsmenuuk.com. This policy explains information handled through our own pages and the privacy implications of loading independently hosted games. For questions or to make a privacy request, contact [email protected]. We do not require a MCDONALDSMENUUK account to browse or play.
Third-party developers and hosting providers operate the embedded games. Their own notices apply to information they collect inside those games. Our inclusion of a game does not make us its developer or the controller of every use of information by that provider.
Current features and advertising status
The homepage, game detail pages and category pages load Google Publisher Tag (GPT) and define advertising slots. The configured placements request Content1 and Content2 on the homepage, Content3 on category pages, and Content2 and Content3 on game detail pages. Ad availability depends on Google and the configured inventory. Loading the Google script sends technical request information, including your IP address and browser information, to Google. We have not installed analytics tags, advertising pixels or a certified consent platform. Browsing a game detail page does not load that game's external frame. A third-party game connects only when you open its dedicated play page using Play. That choice allows the connection; it is not consent to personalized advertising or all processing by the game provider.
The site is intended to use Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange (AdX). Its current GPT setup defines Content1 and Content2 on the homepage and Content2 and Content3 on game detail pages, and Content3 on category pages. The advertising sections below explain the current library connection and intended ad serving. They do not claim Google approval, that ads are currently displayed, or that every described advertising activity currently occurs. Before activating ad delivery and any additional processing we must update actual partner disclosures and implement the required consent and opt-out tools.
Information involved in using the website
- Connection and security information: your browser sends an IP address, request URL, timestamp, browser and device information, and potentially a referring page to the infrastructure serving the site. Hosting and security providers may keep operational logs according to their configuration.
- Saved games: if you select Save game, game identifiers are stored in local storage on your device. No account, name or email is needed. These favorites are not intentionally transmitted to a MCDONALDSMENUUK profile server.
- Recently played: local storage keeps up to 20 game identifiers and the times you opened them, for up to 30 days. This history stays in this browser and does not save your in-game progress. You can clear it from Recently played or Privacy choices.
- Discovery state: session storage holds the previous homepage selection so the next visit can show a different ordering. Search and category filtering run in the browser; our interface does not send search terms to a dedicated analytics endpoint.
- Messages you send: contacting us by email provides your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. Our email provider processes that correspondence.
- External games: once loaded, a game host receives connection information and may process game actions, identifiers, cookies, local saves, audio settings, progress and advertising data under its own policies.
We do not ask for payment information, a precise location, government identifiers, contacts, camera or microphone access. Please do not include sensitive personal data in support emails.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information needed to deliver requested pages and features, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, answer correspondence, respect rights requests and comply with applicable obligations. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, relevant bases may include providing a requested service, legitimate interests in a functioning and secure website, compliance with a legal obligation, and consent for processing that legally requires it. We assess the circumstances of the particular processing; a legal basis is not a blanket permission for unrelated use.
Where required, optional cookies, advertising personalization and associated data processing must depend on prior valid consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Merely browsing, accepting the service terms, or loading a game does not replace legally required consent.
Cookies and device storage
| Feature | Storage / duration | Purpose and control |
|---|---|---|
| Saved games | Local storage: mcdonaldsmenuuk.favorites; until cleared | Remember IDs of games you save. Remove individual games or clear saved games in Privacy choices. |
| Recently played | Local storage: mcdonaldsmenuuk.recent; up to 20 entries, up to 30 days | Return to recently opened games. Clear in Recently played or Privacy choices. |
| Homepage discovery | Session storage: mcdonaldsmenuuk.discovery; browser tab session | Avoid repeating the previous game selection. Clear in Privacy choices or close the session. |
| Independent games | Provider-controlled cookies or storage; varies by provider | Progress, settings, security, measurement or advertising. Review the provider's notices and your browser controls. |
| Future advertising | Google script is loaded on the homepage, game detail pages and category pages; the configured placements can request advertising | If introduced, vendors, purposes and durations must be disclosed in the advertising consent interface. |
Browser settings can block or delete cookies and site data, including third-party storage. Blocking storage can affect saved games or game functionality. The Privacy choices controls clear MCDONALDSMENUUK's three storage keys; they cannot delete storage held on another domain.
Planned Google advertising and data use
If we enable Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager or AdX, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Those vendors may serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to present ads based on visits to this and other sites across the Internet, subject to applicable permissions and settings.
Ad-related processing can include ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregate reporting, viewability and performance measurement, fraud and invalid-traffic detection, security and, when permitted, personalization. Non-personalized advertising can still involve cookies or other storage for functions such as measurement and fraud prevention; it does not automatically remove consent obligations.
Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising technology information. Manage Google's personalized advertising through My Ad Center. Additional industry choices are available through DAA WebChoices and Your Online Choices. These controls may be specific to a device or browser and do not necessarily stop all advertising.
Google is the advertising script provider currently configured through GPT. No other first-party demand partner or advertising-network integration is configured in this version. Any future consent interface must identify actual participating vendors, their purposes and privacy notices. We do not send names, email addresses or other directly identifying personal information to Google through advertising tags.
Consent and advertising choices
Before serving relevant Google ads to visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, we must implement the applicable Google consent requirements, including a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework where required. Optional tags must respect the choices collected by that platform. A generic notice or our local Privacy choices dialog is not a substitute for that certified platform.
You should be able to review, refuse or change optional purposes and withdraw consent through the deployed consent platform when advertising is introduced. At present, Privacy choices explains the limited GPT configuration and lets you clear the site's saved game and discovery data. For other requests, email [email protected].
Recipients and international processing
Information may be processed by hosting, security and email service providers as needed to deliver those services; by game hosts you choose to connect to; and, if enabled in future, disclosed advertising and consent-management partners. We may disclose relevant information when legally required, to respond to valid process or to protect users and the service against abuse. We do not operate a first-party personal-data marketplace.
Infrastructure, email and game providers can process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, transfers of personal data require an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards. Contact us for details about a specific MCDONALDSMENUUK-controlled transfer; independent game providers are responsible for their own transfers and notices.
Retention and security
Local favorites remain until you remove them or clear browser data. Recently played history retains up to 20 entries for up to 30 days; expired entries are ignored and removed when the history is next read or updated. Discovery state lasts for the browser tab session. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to address the matter and meet legitimate legal or security needs. Operational log retention depends on the hosting provider's configuration. We do not claim a fixed log-retention period that has not been verified with the production host.
We use proportionate measures to protect information and minimize unnecessary third-party requests. No website, transmission or external game can be guaranteed completely secure. Report suspected security issues privately to [email protected]; include the affected URL and sufficient detail to reproduce the issue without exposing other visitors' data.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. If relevant US state privacy laws apply, these may also include rights to know, data portability, and opting out of a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. Google GPT requests advertising from the configured placements. If future advertising falls within those definitions, appropriate opt-out mechanisms and recognition of legally required preference signals must be implemented before that processing begins.
To request help, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and describe the request and relevant interaction. We may ask for proportionate verification, will not require unnecessary sensitive documents, and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. If an applicable right to appeal exists, reply to our decision asking for review. Browser Do Not Track settings do not have a universal response standard; do not rely on that setting alone as an opt-out mechanism.
Children and families
MCDONALDSMENUUK is a general-audience discovery service, not a service specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13, or below a higher applicable local age without appropriate authorization. Families should supervise access to external games, which can have separate content, advertising and age requirements. A colorful cover is not an age rating.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Do not send additional information about a child beyond what is necessary to identify the concern. We do not knowingly permit personalized advertising based on the data of users for whom that processing is prohibited.

The table distinguishes existing features from planned advertising. It is not a statement that all categories are currently collected by us. We do not presently provide account registration, public comments, a newsletter subscription, a first-party payment form or a first-party player profiling database.
AdSense, Ad Manager and Ad Exchange explained
Our intended revenue model is advertising supported access to browser-game discovery content. Google AdSense is a publisher advertising service; Google Ad Manager can manage advertising inventory and demand; Google Ad Exchange (AdX) is a programmatic marketplace that may be accessed through an authorized account or publishing partner. References to those products explain the intended advertising model and do not claim that an account, partnership or approval is active.
If those services are enabled, the configured ad technology may receive page context, browser and device information, IP-derived general location, identifiers, consent or opt-out signals, ad requests and events such as an impression or interaction. Some partners may act for their own purposes under their notices. An advertiser may receive additional information if you visit its site. We do not control what you voluntarily submit on an advertiser’s landing page.
Potential programmatic participants can include Google, selected demand partners, measurement or verification providers, and an authorized inventory management partner. We will identify the actual deployed parties and link their notices in the consent/vendor disclosures before introducing their relevant processing. We do not publish a speculative list of every possible exchange participant as though each one receives visitor information here.
Personalized, contextual and limited advertising
Where permitted by your choices and applicable requirements, personalized advertising may use information from earlier visits to this and other sites to infer interests. Contextual advertising may instead focus on the content of the current page and general request information. Google and other vendors may place or read cookies or use similar identifiers in connection with advertising. Disabling personalization does not necessarily mean that every request is anonymous or that no technology is used.
Measurement, frequency management, fraud detection and other delivery functions can still involve information processing in non-personalized modes. Availability of limited ad modes depends on the actual Google product, settings and applicable requirements. We must configure the implementation to match the choice you make; describing a mode in this notice does not activate it or substitute for a working consent signal.
We do not request sensitive information such as health, religion, political views or sexual orientation to choose advertisements. We do not offer first-party features intended to build sensitive-interest advertising audiences. If a game or advertisement asks for unrelated sensitive information, leave that experience and report its exact URL to us.
How future consent controls must work
Where consent is required, optional advertising processing must wait for the required permission. A consent interface should explain the purposes, the actual participating vendors and available choices in accessible language. Acceptance of our Terms of Service, continuing to browse or pressing Play does not by itself supply consent to optional advertising tracking.
When a Google-certified CMP is deployed for relevant EEA, UK or Swiss traffic, the interface must communicate applicable choices to the integrated tags through the supported consent framework. Visitors must be able to reopen that interface to review their choices and withdraw consent. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not automatically erase records already lawfully processed. A necessary record of a consent decision may be retained to remember and demonstrate that decision.
Current control: the footer’s Privacy choices dialog clears local saved games, recent history and discovery state. It does not currently offer vendor-level advertising choices, store a TCF consent string or transmit an ad opt-out. If you cannot find a future advertising control, contact [email protected] with the page address and the control you expected to see. Emailing a request does not instantly change an independent vendor’s browser settings.
EEA, UK and Swiss privacy requests
Where the relevant data-protection rules apply, you may ask about the information we handle about you, the purposes, recipients and applicable transfer safeguards. Your rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability for qualifying information, objection to qualifying processing, and withdrawal of consent. Rights are subject to their legal conditions; for example, erasure may not cover records we must keep to comply with an obligation or resolve a legal claim.
Send a request to [email protected] and identify the interaction involved, such as an email you sent or a local feature you need help clearing. We do not need to create a new player profile to identify local-only favorites. We may ask for limited additional information to protect someone else’s data from disclosure. If we cannot fulfil a request in full, we will explain the applicable reason and available next steps.
You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority without first obtaining our permission. For UK visitors, information about privacy rights and complaints is available from the Information Commissioner’s Office. Your country of residence or another relevant jurisdiction may provide its own regulator and remedies.
US state rights, sale/sharing and preference signals
If a US state privacy law applies to our processing and to your request, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability and opting out of defined sales, sharing for cross-context advertising or targeted advertising. Definitions vary and some advertising disclosures may fall within them even if no money is paid for an individual record. This website currently uses Google GPT for advertising; we do not claim that future advertising will automatically fall outside those definitions.
Before activating processing that requires an opt-out, we must supply the applicable mechanism, including a suitable privacy choices link and recognition of legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control where applicable. The current local-data clearing dialog is not that future mechanism. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are different technologies; a Do Not Track setting should not be treated as a substitute for a required opt-out.
Where permitted, an authorized agent may contact us with evidence of authority. We may need proportionate verification for access, correction or deletion, while applying different verification rules to applicable opt-outs. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. If a right of appeal applies, reply to a decision with “Privacy appeal” and explain the issue for reconsideration. Further information about California rights is available from the California Attorney General.
Independent game hosts and external connections
The retained catalog currently points to game entry hosts at www.datinginfo.top, oss.gamescdn.top, games.gamecenter1.com and gamedash.fun. These are entry-host domains, not verified legal business identities or a complete list of downstream services. A provider can load additional assets, analytics or advertising from other domains. Naming a host does not certify its privacy compliance or game distribution rights.
The game detail page supplies a description before you choose to open the separate play page. Opening Play connects to the game host, which may receive technical request information. Browser isolation means we cannot directly inspect or delete all provider cookies, saved progress or records. Review provider notices and any in-game consent controls. You may return to the detail page or close the game if the disclosures or behavior are unacceptable.
Report missing notices, inappropriate requests or unexpected redirects with the exact game URL, approximate time and a short account of what happened. Do not provide passwords, identification documents or another person’s private details. We can investigate the listing and remove access where appropriate, but cannot promise deletion from an independent provider’s systems on its behalf.
Retention criteria, deletion and backups
For first-party local features, the durations in the storage table are the relevant limits. Clearing them removes this browser’s records, not copies in another browser or independent game progress. Closing a tab normally ends its session storage, although browser session restoration can affect that behavior. Browser settings remain available to remove site data directly.
For correspondence and operational records, retention is guided by the purpose of the request, unresolved technical or security issues, applicable recordkeeping obligations and the need to establish or defend legal claims. We do not represent that an unverified production host uses a particular log deletion schedule. Contact us for the retention arrangements relevant to a specific interaction. Backups and provider systems may take additional time to expire under their configured schedules and applicable requirements.
If advertising is introduced, consent and advertising records will have partner-specific durations and controls. The actual vendor interface and current partner notices must disclose the relevant details; we do not invent universal cookie expiry periods for technologies not deployed here.
Automation, security and business changes
The homepage uses a randomized game ordering, not a first-party behavioral advertising profile. Recently played recommendations use locally stored game identifiers and catalog information. We do not use these website features to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about employment, credit, housing or access to essential services.
Security controls can assess traffic for abusive behavior and operational errors. If you believe a restriction affected you incorrectly, contact us with the affected page and non-sensitive troubleshooting details. Please do not attempt to bypass protective controls or send exploit payloads through ordinary support messages.
If the website is transferred or reorganized, relevant information may be disclosed only as needed and subject to applicable protections and notice requirements. A transfer does not remove existing privacy obligations. Material changes to purposes, partners or consent requirements must be reflected in updated notices and any additional choice required by law.
Practical privacy steps and contact route
- To remove saved or recent games, use Privacy choices in the footer, or clear the website’s local data in your browser.
- To manage independent game storage, use the game provider’s own controls and your browser’s site-data settings.
- For Google ad preferences, visit Google My Ad Center. For participating industry vendors, review Your Online Choices or DAA WebChoices. Those external controls have their own scope and do not guarantee removal of all advertising.
- For information we handle directly, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. Describe what you want us to do and the relevant interaction.
- If a response is unclear, reply to the same conversation asking for clarification or an applicable appeal. You retain the right to contact a regulator.
Please send the minimum information needed. We will not ask for your email password, full payment-card number or a fee merely to open an ordinary request. Any applicable exception, verification requirement or lawful fee must be explained on its own terms.
Updates and contact
This policy was updated on November 3, 2026. We will revise the date and disclosures when relevant features, partners or practices change, and provide additional notice or obtain new consent when required. Questions and complaints can be sent to [email protected]. You may also review our Terms of Service, Cookie Policy and Contact page.
